Sports Physicals for the 2023/2024 school year will be Monday, August 21st at 9:00 a.m. in the Bay Head School Health office. It is always recommended that you bring your child to his/her physician if possible for continuity of care. If you do bring your child to his/her physician, please bring the attached forms to be filled out and return them as soon as they are completed. If your child will be completing his/her sports physical with our school physician, Dr. Jessica Wood, please email Mrs. Sierotko at [email protected]. The physicals will run from 9am-11:30am. Once you email that you would like to come in, Mrs. Sierotko will email you back with your appointment time.

Please be aware of our summer hours starting Monday June 19th. Bay Head School will be open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. Attention Tuition Parents: Contracts for the 2023-2024 School Year will be sent out by June 15, 2023. A contract for next school year will not be sent until prior year tuition is paid in full. Please be advised that there is a reported case of Strep Throat in the lower wing. There is a possibility that your child may have been exposed to strep throat. If your child exhibits any of these symptoms, please contact his/her physician. Please contact the Nurse’s office at 732-892-0668 ext. 3201 if your child is diagnosed with a strep infection.

Student Council is teaming up with Terra Cycle to start a recycling program in the cafeteria. Below is a list of items BHS students can start recycling in the cafeteria. The items include: Babybel cheese wraps, Honest Pouches, Little Bites mini bags, Gogo Squeeze pouch (any brand), and Taki Snacks. Let's get recycling and taking care of our Earth BHS!

Point Pleasant Beach High School is offering incoming students the opportunity to earn Geometry credits through a combination of online (APEX) and virtual live learning. For more information, please view the flyer attached to this announcement.

Our own 5th grader, Georgi, is collecting books to promote literacy through the Bridge of Books Foundation. Used and new books can be dropped in the crate next to the main office throughout the month of May. All books must be turned in by May 31st!

Shore Acres Yacht Club, located on a beautiful spot for junior sailor learning at the end of Drum Point Road in Brick, runs an 8 week, 5 day a week junior sailing program for sailors of all levels, ages 8 to 16. In addition, SAYC runs a Little Creekers program for 6–7-year-olds, 2 mornings a week for the same 8 week period. This year’s programs start the week of June 19 and end on August 11. Student Council is selling Blue Claws Game Tickets for June 2, 2023 at 7 pm. Please click on the announcement to order your tickets today! This is a fundraiser for the Student Council and $5 from each ticket sold goes back to the Student Council. All tickets will be sold online and emailed. Please note, the park is also cashless.
